Admin — RTP and players
The RTP & players screen manages RTP and player limits for a project. The owner can change everything; project staff can view. It has three tabs: Users, RTP settings and How it works. Choose the project with the selector at the top.
Users#
A table of players of the project: nickname or id, balance per currency, start RTP, current RTP, mode (auto / manual), stakes, wins and actual RTP with the number of rounds, and the last login. Above it: counters for registered players and players with a manual RTP, a search box and a Show guests switch. Click a row (or Open) to see the player panel.
Player panel#
| Block | Content |
|---|---|
| Start / Current RTP / Playing at | The start level, the current level and the level used right now (with its source: own RTP, capped by the provider RTP, or manual) |
| Actual result | Rounds, stakes, wins and realised RTP per currency, and when the next rule check happens |
| Set RTP manually | Slider 60–100 %, a Reason (up to 200 characters, shown in the journal) and Set. A manual level freezes the adaptive rule |
| Back to auto | Returns the player to automatic mode |
| Player bet limit | Currency, minimum and maximum per spin; the same limit is written for every provider. A limit can be removed |
| Journal | Who changed the level, when, why and the numbers (binding, rule steps, manual changes) |
Changes of a player's level are written for all three providers at once, so a player has one RTP across the catalog. Only the owner can change values; others see them.
RTP settings#
| Card | Control | Effect |
|---|---|---|
| Provider RTP | Switch Manage RTP of new games + slider 60–100 % | The ceiling for everyone and the starting RTP of each new player; already registered players keep their start. Off: games play their natural mathematics |
| Personal RTP | Switch Enable personal RTP | Each player gets their own level (equal to the provider RTP in the first round) that can be changed manually or by the rule |
| Adaptive rule | Switch and fields | Window, rounds; Lower if player RTP is above, %; Restore if below, %; Step, p.p.; Not below start minus, p.p. — a sentence below the fields spells out the resulting behaviour |
| Bet limits per game | Rows: game id, currency, min, max | A per-game price range of a round (including a bonus buy). Empty means no limit. See Bet limits |
Changes are saved automatically and the footer shows the current revision. Values apply from the next round. Parameter meanings and defaults: RTP management.
How it works#
A short built-in explanation of the mechanism for your staff: every round is a real game round, the provider RTP is the ceiling and the starting level, the rule gently lowers a player's level during a lucky streak and restores it later, and players with a manual level are never touched.
Typical tasks#

| Check how a player was treated | Open the player → Journal and Actual result |
